This new facility is one of the biggest in the Middle East, with land area of over 200,000m² and over 550m of exclusive quayside.

Thailands’ largest Shipyard purchases MatriX-EPS

Unithai Shipyard and Engineering Ltd has now reinforced its Production Control by using MatriX-EPS program, the extensive material and traceability quality control functions of the system to support all its major projects.

Unithai Shipyard and Engineering Limited (UTSE) is the largest shipyard and construction facility in Thailand, located in the deep sea port of Laem Chabang Industrial Estate.

The company offers a complete range of project construction services - Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, Fabrication, and Commissioning for Offshore/Marine Services, Downstream Construction, and Field Services.

Heerema

MatriX-EPS selected by Heerema Porto Amboim Lda, part of Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC) to support largest oil & gas SURF project (Kaombo project, offshore Angola).

MatriX-EPS will support all Heerema Porto Amboim’s fabrication projects. The first major project is the SURF (subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines) part of the Kaombo project, located in Block 32 offshore Angola in water depths up to 2,000 meters. This project was awarded to the Heerema Technip strategic alliance by Total E&P Angola and is the largest SURF project in the industry to date.

Materials Management System - Canada

Pinnacle awarded contract to provide a materials management solution to support development of the latest phase of the largest thermal in-situ oil sands project in the world.

MatriX will be used to support the material management requirements of a major Canadian construction company on this major project based in Alberta.
