Booking of hours (undertaken by each employee) can be carried out using either daily time booking or via a weekly timesheet hours booking facility. Employees may book time to client projects (chargeable) and overhead activities (non-chargeable).

Projects, tasks and associated data such as estimated start and end dates, assigned employees, narrative and categorisation information is present with easy to use maintenance facilities. Templates and copy and change facilities mean that information is entered in the system once and with robust validation and checking rules that ensure quality information and reporting.
