At Pinnacle, we have an easy to use web-based helpdesk system. Our experienced teams are dedicated to providing world-class technical support around the clock, ensuring that our services are there when you need them most. All of our customers receive fast and efficient responses - we understand that any queries or issues with MatriX-EPS need to be dealt with speedily so that projects can remain on schedule. On top of this, you will receive regular product updates to ensure your software runs seamlessly.

Ensuring a successful implementation

Ongoing Technical Support By Default

MatriX software licence fees include on-going technical support for any reported questions or issues. The fees also provide for regular software updates. MatriX is regularly updated with improved or additional functions, and enhanced to take advantage of new technologies where appropriate. Major new releases of the software are issued to customers 3 or 4 times each year as part of standard annual software licence and maintenance support agreements. Customer input is solicited to assist with planning of content and priorities for each major new release.

A comprehensive range of supplementary services is also optionally available that draws on the MatriX team’s many years’ engineering, fabrication and construction industry experience, as well as information systems experience.

MatriX helps ensure adherence to best engineering, fabrication and construction practices. If required, MatriX consultants can guide and assist with development of enhanced company procedures.

Bespoke Development For Large Projects

MatriX is an extremely flexible, modular system with many self-service configuration facilities for customers’ own use. Initial software licence fees also include some assistance with initial data loading and minor customisations.

When required, MatriX can also be further enhanced and customised to cater for special customer requirements. Additional services provided by the MatriX team include business process and improvement analysis, custom systems design and development, and systems integration. Customised solutions are produced using sophisticated rapid application development tools that generate easy to use, high productivity systems. The MatriX team also provides a comprehensive systems integration service covering a wide and complex range of business functions and software applications.

Resources can also be provided on-site on a part-time, temporary or even full-time basis as a MatriX focal point / system champion to ensure maximum return on investment in the software implementation.

Hosted and fully managed MatriX solutions can also be provided.
